Ahead of its Apple App Store launch, Homvi had a product but no partner program. No way for other businesses to plug into what it had already built, and no defined strategy for who to approach or why. We came in to build both at once, rather than a strategy deck first and execution later.
Three things came out of the engagement. We built partner-facing capability directly into the product, extending Homvi's existing PDF valuation-report export so wealth-management and financial-advisory partners could ingest a customer's itemized home inventory straight into their own asset-tracking workflow, with a real API integration on the roadmap next. We defined an actual partner strategy: who to prioritize and why, not a wishlist. And we ran discovery through RevRadius to find who those partners actually were.
That last part turned out to matter more than expected. Homvi already had moving and disaster-prep built into the product as use cases, but nobody had ever framed the companies behind those use cases as partners. Discovery surfaced entire categories the team hadn't approached before: self-storage providers, moving and relocation companies, restoration and remediation firms. Obvious in hindsight, invisible until someone went looking systematically.
